This particular Phwoar should have come out last week, but there were some tech gremlins lurking, which meant it didn't. I've had to type it out on 5 separate occasions now which, as you can imagine, I've thoroughly enjoyed and hasn't made me feel one bit murderous.
When we moved in to our house, it's fair to say there was a utility room, of sorts. I'd never had one before, so the prospect of not having the washing machine juddering away in the kitchen while I was whipping up Michelin starred delights for the family (ahem) was an exciting one. Another step towards actual adulthood! It was, however, a weird old space and, not to put too fine a point on it, an absolute grot-fest.
I intended this week to be a Phwoar based on covetable items across all of our supermarkets, which could be thrown into our real/virtual baskets whilst doing the weekly food shop (although I'm BRACED for the opening of real life, non-essential shops next week)
The living room is the room in my house which has seen the most change in the 8.5 years we've lived here. Until we renovated the kitchen, it was always the main hangout for the whole family, probably because that's where the telly lived
Liberty. Oh, Instagrammable, beautiful, Tudor-esque store of dreams. All of Liberty’s departments are pretty wonderful, I love nothing more than a dawdle around the beauty hall, spraying hugely expensive scents all over myself. Or stroking exciting, frilly blouses that cost…
As you may know if you follow me on Instagram, our household increased by one tiny member this week with the arrival of little Nell the Sprocker spaniel.
In my previous blog post on kitchen design, I promised you a deeper dive into the storage I incorporated into my kitchen. I would imagine you've all been on tenterhooks ever since, and I'm delighted to tell you THE WAIT IS OVER, the day is here and we can chat nooks, crannies and tupperware to our hearts' content.
